Magic in Mexico

The Mexican GP saw MisterALTF4, Larlak and Rufusbeard take the championship titles in their own tiers, however, the F1.5 EU Tier 1 Championship will go down to the wire at Imola!

MisterALTF4 was once again victorious in the F1 championship, and despite making a mistake in their strategy, they powered through the field to take the win and the title in style! George Ruffles, IgorPro, Philamon and MaxMaarten fought for the lead early on in the race, but IgorPro made a mistake on the exit of turn 3, ending their race prematurely, which foreshadowed George Ruffles’ fate too, as they lost it in the esses at turn 9 during a battle with MisterALTF4. After a couple of safety cars, and an unscheduled pit stop, MisterALTF4 used their pace to their advantage and won the race by a dominant margin. This makes MisterALTF4 the first ever double champion in the whole of LSI!

In F1.5 qks took the win in the EU Tier 1 Championship, demoting MAGZ to second place after they received a three second time penalty. This put qks and MAGZ on equal points for the final race of the season, meaning that BNJMN had a double threat going into round 16.

SlipperySloth stood on the top step in the NA/SA Championship, after a hard battle with Larlak and Vibezz, but it was never going to be enough to catch Larlak as he beat both Red Bulls to the title.

Unfortunately for the EU Tier 2 Championship, once again no one managed to finish the race, so no points were scored, although this did secure Rufusbeard the title.

The Finale

A brand-new track for LSI brings uncertainty, so who will get to the finish line first? The final race of the season takes us to Imola... or is it San Marino... or Emilia Romagna? Whatever you prefer to call it, it`s going to be a great! We have a tight and intense title decider to look forward to, so can BNJMN do enough to hold on to glory, or can MAGZ and qks fight back with their extreme pace in the recent races?
