The formats that we will be using throughout the championships will remain the same as last season. Here are the details of each format:

Grand Prix Format:
Qualifying: Short Qualifying (18 Minutes)
Formation Lap: Off
Race: A 50% distance race with the top 10 finishers getting points (20, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1)
Weather: Dynamic and approximate
Fastest Lap: 1 point will be awarded for the fastest lap

Sprint Format:
Qualifying: One-Shot Qualifying
Formation Lap: Off
Sprint Race: A 50% distance sprint race with the top 8 finishers receiving points (8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1)
Lobby Restart: A 5-10 minute lobby restart period will allow for lobby setting changes, making the second qualifying session a Short Qualifying (18 Minutes) session. This will also help reduce the risk of lobby bugs and desync from occurring.

Registration

Register to race now, as there isn’t long until the season starts. Click here to register

If you fill out this form incorrectly at any point, you might still be permitted to race, however, you may be put to the bottom of the priority list. If you have any questions, please ask.

Drivers must be able to set a lap time faster than the minimum benchmark lap time in order to compete in their desired tier. Minimum benchmark lap times can be found in the registration form.

More information and updates will be available soon on the new season, but for now, make sure you check out the registration form and the teams will be announced within the coming days.

Good luck, and let’s race!
